Beijing Workers' Gymnasium

Beijing Workers' Gymnasium was built in1961 and is located on GONGREN TIYUCHANG North Road in Chaoyang District. It is a multi-purpose venue and was the first sports gymnasium to be featured on Chinese stamps.

Entry and Transport

a) Entry

There are two security check points located at the north and northwest entries. The north entry is on GONGREN TIYUCHANG North Road, the northwest entry on XINZHONG Street. Gate 1 of the Gymnasium, directly opposite the north entry, provides a ramp leading to barrier-free seating.

b) Transport

Olympic Bus Line: No.4 (runs between the East Bus Depot of the Green and DONGSI HSITIAO QIAODONG)

Subway: Line 2 to DONGSI SHITIAO station, Southeast Exit, walk approximately 10 minutes to the Gymnasium

City Bus Lines: 113, 115, 118, 406, 416, 431, 701, 758, 823 and 208 (night) (GONGREN TIYUGUAN stop or DONGSI SHITIAO QIAODONG stop)
