Spectators Guide

This is located at the Shisanlin Reservoir (Ming Tomb Reservoir) and has been described by the International Triathlon Association as "the closest to nature of all triathlon venues." The cycling course and running course are shaded by trees through the hills, and the swimming takes places in the natural setting of the reservoir.

Entry and Transport

a) Entry

There are two entries, on located on the south side of the venue, and the other on the north.

b) Transport

Olympic Bus Lines: K34 (runs between SHISANLING SHUIKU and CHANGPING DONGGUAN LUKOU BEI); K34 (branch) (runs between CHANGPING TIYUGUAN BEIMEN and CAICHANGBEI ANJIANMEN)

City Bus Lines: South security check point: 919 Branch, 345 Express, 643 (XIHUAN NANLU, DONGGUAN HUANDAO or CHAOFENG'AN stops)

Private Vehicles: Spectators can drive from Beijing downtown along the BADALING Expressway to the 15 Exit, part at the Changping Gymnasium and take the Olympic Bus out to the venue.
