Competition Rules

The shooting competition at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games will be held in accordance with the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Rules and Regulations, Edition 2005, and the Olympic Charter, in force at the time of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

Pursuant to the Olympic Charter, ISSF will be responsible for the technical control and direction of shooting in the Olympic Games.

In case of disagreement on the interpretation of the ISSF Rules and Regulations, the English version shall prevail.
