Draw results for Badminton preliminary round revealed

(BEIJING, July 27) -- The Olympic Badminton tournament preliminary round drawing results have been listed. The top 64 players in the world rankings were extended invitations to Beijing, but only 38 players will actually participate in the Games. Therefore, some of the competition slots in the first round are empty. The Olympic Badminton tournament will span from August 9 to 17.
