Competition Rules

The artistic gymnastics competition at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games will be held in accordance with the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG) Technical Regulations (Edition in force at the time of the 2008 Olympic Games), the FIG Artistic Gymnastics Code of Points (Edition 2007), and the Olympic Charter, in force at the time of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

Pursuant to the Olympic Charter, FIG assumes the responsibility for the technical control and direction of its artistic gymnastics discipline at the Olympic Games.

In case of disagreement on the interpretation of the FIG rules, the French version shall prevail.
