The 2008 Beijing Olympic mascot "Fuwa" is now a customer service provider at the Beijing Capital International Airport.

These automated figures can speak twelve languages for greeting tourists, and are able to communicate (albeit simply) in English and Mandarin.

The Fuwas can provide a variety of information about the airport.
