64,000 student tickets issued for Olympic Football matches in Shenyang

(BEIJING, July 13) -- Primary, secondary and some college students in Shenyang will pay just five yuan (0.64 U.S. dollars) to attend Olympic competitions held locally.

A total of 64,000 Olympic student tickets are being issued to local schools and universities, beginning Sunday, according to sources from the city's Educational Bureau. These Olympic student tickets being offered specially to students interested in watching Olympic Football games. The Ministry of Education and BOCOG is selling the tickets to pre-designated schools and universities at a very low price, following in the tradition of past Olympic Games.
