The Xuannan Diabolo Culture Festival opened in the Xuanwu District of Beijing, capital of China, Feb. 19, 2008. A forum with the theme of "Diabolo Culture and Beijing Olympic Games" was also held during the festival. Diabolo is a kind of Chinese traditional game.
