(BEIJING, May 31) – On Saturday morning, BOCOG and six other employment enterprises officially signed an agreement that would guarantee quality information services during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Starting from July 1, the Olympic Call Center will be able to offer information regarding Olympic match schedules, venues, tickets, cultural activities, etc. in many languages to better accommodate guests from all over the world.

At present, the Olympic Call Center has already collected a group of expert consultants, formulated an operation plan, established service criteria, and speeded up the opening of the hotline.

Present at the ceremony were senior experts, staff members, and volunteers, who all pledged to work cooperatively to ensure first-class service.

Beijing's non-emergency 12345 hotline and the Olympic Call Center have partnered up to strengthen services.

During the Games, the most convenient channel for visitors to obtain information is through a telephone hotline. As such, planners are doing their best to ensure that Beijing visitors can experience a high-quality level of services, fulfilling the concept of a "people-oriented" Olympics.

According to reports, Miyun County began building the base of its Beijing Call Center in 2008, increasing the capability of information services in the capital to better serve callers.
