Qingdao Olympic Village to be delivered by end of January

(BEIJING, January 8) -- As the year 2008 begins, the opening of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games is closer than ever. The preparation of the sailing events of the Olympic Games in Qingdao is going smoothly. The last large project -- Qingdao Olympic Village -- will be delivered by January 2008.

Qingdao Olympic Village is the core part of the Olympic and Paralympic sailing events, and it is the largest non-competition venue in the Qingdao competition area.

Qingdao Olympic Village has a residence area, an international area and operations area. It will open on July 27, 2008. After the Olympic Games, Qingdao Olympic Village will become the first super five-star hotel in Qingdao.
