MOSCOW, May 26 (Xinhua) -- Russia's Tatyana Lysenko broke her own women's hammer with a throw of 78.67 meters at a national meet in the Black Sea resort of Sochi on Saturday.

The 23-year-old smashed her own mark of 77.80 set last August in Tallinn by almost a meter, the Reuters news agency said.
