(BEIJING, June 6) -- Li Binghua, executive vice-president of the Beijing
Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) met with
visiting Greek Public Order Minister Byron Polydoras on Wednesday.
Li updated Polydoras and his party on the preparatory work for the 2008
Olympic Games and Liu Shaowu, director of BOCOG Security Department briefed the
guests on the details of the cooperation between BOCOG and Greece's security
agencies.
Mr. Polydoras expressed Greece's readiness to share with BOCOG its experience
to ensure the security of the Olympics.
