   Since 2002, a total of 144 teachers in urban areas have been dispatched in rotation to the remote schools by local government to give a hand in the poor primary education. Over 800 pupils of eight villages in the mountainous regions have benefited from the efforts and had access to school education as good as their peers in cities.
