Media Center
Since media participation and support are inseparable with the success of the Olympic Games, Beijing gives priority to service for the media in its efforts to stage a high standard Olympiad. The unveiling of the "Beijing Olympic Media Center" plaque, which is erected at the front gate of Huabei Hotel in northern Beijing, marked the official opening of a window to promote "New Beijing, Great Olympics" in the run-up to the 2008 Olympic Games.
