Water-saving campaign
Students from over 1,400 elementary and secondary schools in Beijing are taking part in a campaign to save water in their schools and families in response to the call for "Green Olympics."

| 22 April 2007 is the 38th "world earth day", and its theme is "be kind to the earth -- starting from saving resources". Recently, the general office of the Ministry of Land and Resources delivered a notice, requiring the related departments to spread the state policies and popular science knowledge to the public with a focus on the theme.
